Payment and Order
After the request has been made and the payment confirmed we send the tracking number of the airline to the email informed in the purchase.
24h monitoring
We carry out the monitoring and inform in real time every step of your purchase from the collection until the due arrival at the address informed.
Receipt and Confirmation
After your goods receipt is received and in excellent quality our system releases the credit link and ends the process the customer has a deadline of up to 7 days for complaint.

What ship company does ArtNative use to your shipments?
ArtNative is an Alliance Group company, all its shipments are shipped by FedEX Federal Express company due to a partnership and a special table that it provides us. In addition to letting the customer feel free to choose other companies such as Post Office, UPS, DHL Express and the conventional airlines in the market.
How long will Art Native send my orders?
Through our contract with FedEx we can indicate two services as below:
- Urgent Service where delivery takes place in 1 business day, that is, we prepare the order and FedEx withdraws on the same day arriving at your address the following day.
- Economic Service where the delivery is scheduled and takes up to 7 business days, we prepare and pack your order and FedEx withdraws on the same day scheduling delivery within 7 days at your address.
What is the guarantee and security that Art Native offers my purchase?
ArtNative is an Alliance Group company, all its operations are carried out by Mapfre insurance company and all shipments are assured at no cost to the customer. About purchasing security, we work with advanced payment systems such as PagSeguro, PayPal and all credit card companies, as well as using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent your information from being intercepted. We also encrypt your credit card information when we store your order.
If there is any inconsistency in my request how should I file a claim?
For opening only just in the confirmation you inform the occurrence of the state of the product and attach a simple picture of the packages and choose the form of the return either in cash or merchandise the response is immediate and we act 24 hours and the money back will occur on the same day as we can confirm the payments at no additional cost to the customer.
