Payment and Order

24h monitoring

What ship company does ArtNative use to your shipments?
ArtNative is an Alliance Group company, all its shipments are shipped by FedEX Federal Express company due to a partnership and a special table that it provides us. In addition to letting the customer feel free to choose other companies such as Post Office, UPS, DHL Express and the conventional airlines in the market.

How long will Art Native send my orders?
Through our contract with FedEx we can indicate two services as below:
- Urgent Service where delivery takes place in 1 business day, that is, we prepare the order and FedEx withdraws on the same day arriving at your address the following day.
- Economic Service where the delivery is scheduled and takes up to 7 business days, we prepare and pack your order and FedEx withdraws on the same day scheduling delivery within 7 days at your address.
